David Barlow – Director of Operations and Implementation
David is responsible for the smooth roll out and implementation of all products and services to clients.
He is an attitudinal and behavioural change expert with over thirty years experience in assisting organisations in delivering cultural change at a micro and macro level. His team is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive an exceptional level of service and support.
His role includes:
- Managing the initiation of the surveys
- Ensuring that customers receive a level of service and support that enables them to meet their objectives
- Providing expert support and feedback to clients based upon final reports
- Facilitating and supporting the change process within organisations
